Rule 8
Registration fee
Tourist level hotel, tourist accommodation, lodge, restaurant and resort and bar registration fee will be charged as follows:- Amended by the first amendment.
(a) Ordinary Hotel – Rs five thousand
(b) One star hotel – ten thousand rupees (c) Two star hotel - twenty thousand rupees (d) Three star hotel – thirty thousand rupees
(e) Four star hotel – 40 thousand rupees
(f) Five star hotel (ordinary) – fifty thousand rupees (g) Five Star Hotel (Deluxe) – Sixty Thousand Rupees
(h) Tourist accommodation (ordinary) – ten thousand rupees (i) Tourist Accommodation (Deluxe) - Forty thousand rupees (j) Lodges, restaurants and resorts and bars - five thousand rupees
